In Baia dell'Orte, at the eastern tip of Puglia, we grow the ancient Saragolla wheat that gives life to our artisanal pasta. Stone-milled, bronze-drawn and slowly dried, it captures the aromas of the Mediterranean and the authentic flavour of our land.

ORTE Linguine are made from ancient Saragolla durum wheat grown in Baia dell’Orte, an old Apulian variety valued for its naturally reduced gluten content and authentic character. Bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperature, they develop a lightly textured surface that delicately holds sauces while preserving all the qualities of the wheat. Their long, elegant shape pairs perfectly with seafood, shellfish, pesto and light Mediterranean sauces, enhancing the simplicity of Mediterranean cuisine.
