ORTE Dried Courgettes originate in Baia dell’Orte, where the Apulian sun and the Adriatic breeze accompany the vegetables as they ripen slowly. After natural drying, they are rehydrated and preserved in extra virgin olive oil with selected aromatic herbs, following Mediterranean tradition. Traditional processing preserves the authentic flavour and delicate texture of the courgettes. The result is an elegant and versatile speciality, ideal for antipasti, cheese boards, salads and a wide variety of Italian dishes. A product that embodies the authenticity of Baia dell’Orte and Apulia’s culinary heritage.

Rehydrated dried courgettes (63%), extra virgin olive oil (28%), wine vinegar (contains SULPHITES), salt, sliced hot chilli pepper, capers, mint, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried chilli pepper.
