Yellow tomatoes under water have the intense yellow color characteristic of the tomato variety used in its preparation, lacking acidity and with a sweet taste and delicate fragrance it has a full-bodied texture and the savory, iodized taste characteristic of 0-kilometer products grown in the soils of our estate, rich in mineral salts and trace elements brought by the sea Enjoy our freshly hand-picked tomatoes, which we pickle shortly after harvest and are therefore suitable for fresh consumption even months after harvest.
