Yellow prickly pear dessert is a tasty pudding made with ingredients of natural origin, the fruit used for its production are the characteristic prickly pear fruits grown on our farm estate near the Adriatic Sea, the plants we grow in their natural state are old specimens that have been growing on our land for a very long time. Fruits ripe in August are picked one by one and expertly processed to make this delicious dessert, which is low in sugar and is ideal for those who want to follow a healthy diet. Pairings: ideal for accompanying a richly flavored breakfast, our jam is well suited for spreading on bread or accompanying light yogurts. For a light post-exercise snack, it can be eaten with dried fruit and cookies. Also great to serve at the end of a meal accompanied by fresh fruit, chocolate or almond brittle.
