Paccheri Orte is made from 100 per cent Italian wheat of the highest quality. Thanks to the artisanal processing, the pasta retains all the nutrients and goodness of wholemeal. Paccheri is a typical Salento pasta that is perfect for preparing tasty and creative dishes. Moreover, the choice of recipes with paccheri pasta is vast: from traditional to more innovative and gourmet dishes, paccheri pasta goes perfectly with any sauce, especially with ‘Orte’ tomato puree. Our paccheri are made from an ancient wheat variety with a low gluten content and rich in trace elements. The semolina from which they are made comes from wheat grown in the fields of our estate in the far east of Italy, a product inspired by the best local and Italian gastronomic tradition.
