The sugo classico con basilico fromOrte has the bright red colour characteristic of ripe tomatoes grown in the direct sunlight of the Adriatic Sea; the sweet taste and intense aroma of fresh tomatoes, the velvety texture, the savoury and iodine taste with reduced acidity characteristic of km0 products grown in the soils of our estate, rich in mineral salts and microelements brought by the sea. Fields of application: Ready to eat: To fully savour the goodness of this sauce, it is advisable to avoid long cooking times. The presence of basil gives it a fresh fragrance that is particularly suitable for flavouring pasta.
