Description

Orte tomato puree has a bright red color characteristic of ripe tomatoes grown in the direct sun of the Adriatic Sea; sweet flavor and intense aroma of fresh tomatoes, velvety texture, savory and iodized taste with reduced acidity characteristic of km 0 products grown in the soil of our estate rich in mineral salts and Microelements brought by the sea. Indications for use: ideal for preparing tomato-only sauces as well as meat sauces and fish recipes. To fully enjoy the goodness of this passata, it is recommended to avoid long cooking. The presence of basil lends a fresh olfactory note that is particularly pleasant for seasoning pasta.
