Description

Orte tomato puree has an intense yellow color characteristic of the tomato variety used in its preparation, lacking acidity and with a sweet taste and delicate fragrance it has a full-bodied texture and the savory, iodized taste characteristic of km 0 products grown in the soil of our estate rich in mineral salts and trace elements brought by the sea. Indications for use: ideal for preparing tomato-only sauces but also sauces and fish recipes. Highly recommended for vegan preparations. To fully enjoy the goodness of this passata, it is recommended to avoid long cooking. The presence of basil lends a fresh olfactory note that is particularly pleasant for seasoning pasta.
