Right of return, replacement and warranty
For all complaints about defective products or incomplete services and for returns, customers should contact Rapa Iti AG directly. These issues will be addressed there. Despite the problems that may arise, the customer is required to pay the bills on time. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods upon delivery. Damaged or incomplete items cannot be returned. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. Any defects found should be reported immediately in writing. Defective products must be stored and not used until they are returned. Goods that are not damaged and delivered in accordance with the order will not be collected.

Quality complaints
Rapa Iti AG stores its products in accordance with current Swiss laws on food and beverage storage. In accordance with the guidelines of the Swiss Wine Trade Association, defective wine bottles bottled in Switzerland will be replaced within one year from the date of purchase. Products of foreign origin bottled abroad will not be replaced or refunded. Defects must be reported within 8 days of receipt of goods.

Age limits
By confirming an order to Rapa Iti AG, the customer declares that he or she has reached the minimum legal age for the purchase and consumption of alcohol in the country in which the order was placed. Should Rapa Iti AG find otherwise, it reserves the right to cancel the order without notice.

Cancellation clause
Failure of the customer to fulfill its obligations or failure to meet payment deadlines entitles Rapa Iti SA to demand payment of the outstanding amount, suspend deliveries, and withdraw from the current contract.

Shipping
We deliver only to customers in Switzerland.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order: 0.1 to 10 kg costs 20 CHF, 10.1 to 20 kg costs 25 CHF, and 20.1 to 30 kg costs 30 CHF. Delivery time is usually between 3 and 5 working days from the date of order. Please note that weekends and holidays should be included in this delivery time. There is no compensation for late deliveries. If you do not receive the products you ordered within 5 business days from the date of your order, please email webshop@baiaorte.ch. Please include your order number and email address registered with us.
